Education's purpose, as I see it, is to build a more empathetic, equitable, and sustainable society. Therefore, as teachers, our role is to help shape the next generation of globally competent thinkers, leaders, and action-takers who can bring this vision to fruition.
I believe that effective learning is achieved through playful and authentic experiences, allowing students to explore their surroundings and understand the greater world. My educational philosophy focuses on cultivating student agency, self-efficacy, and critical thinking through a learning approach that resembles play.
